Employee Blogs - Write or Wrong?

Following my post last week about the fine line between what a company finds acceptable to be published in a blog, and what is not acceptable, we saw a Google employee (Mark Jen) leave the company this week.

As I understand it the information that shouldn't have been in there has been removed.

It will be interesting to see what effect this has on other employee blogs.
